German exhibitors had a successful Chicago Sweets and Snacks Expo

The Sweets and Snacks Expo 2010, North America’s biggest confectionery trade fair, was held between 25 and 27 May 2010. The name change of what was previously the "All Candy Expo” is also an indication of the fair’s significance for snacks and particularly the dry meat snack widely popular in the USA , "beef jerky”. Consequently, according to the NCA ( National Confectioners Association), the number of exhibitors and visitors was distinctly higher this year. mehr
