German Sweets e.V. (German Association for the Promotion of Chocolate, Confectionery, Biscuit, Snack and Ice-cream Exports) is the committed export partner of the German confectionery industry.Founded in 1977, our organisation meanwhile counts around 100 companies from the manufacturing sectors chocolate products, sugar confectionery, fine bakery wares, cereals, snacks, and raw pastes among its members. As of 1997, we have also admitted manufacturers of confectionery-related products, as extraordinary members.

For our members:

we arrange international trade-fair participations
we stage conferences, workshops, and seminars
we offer the SEG - Sweets Export Guide
the official purchasing catalogues of the German sweets-exporting industry
we provide targeted, specialist information
we dispose the EDS- Electronic Dictionary for Sweets

We simultaneously serve as a reference office for professional buyers and importers from all over the globe. We are nevertheless a non-profit organisation.
