At the Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago, which took place from 24th to 26th of May, the mood of optimism after the corona pandemic was clearly noticeable. Thus, the trade show started directly on the first day with full aisles and strong demand.
With the first possible trade show appearance for German exhibitors at Sweets & Snacks after the Corona-related forced break, many member companies took the opportunity to intensify their commitment in North America again. Whether with their own booth presence, under the umbrella of their importers or as part of the German Sweets joint booth, which was sponsored by the Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank.
