SIAL Paris was held in France from October 15th to 19th, 2022. At the joint booth of the Federation, which was organized at the request of German Sweets, the confectionery exhibitors were extremely satisfied with the course of this year's trade fair. A very high turnout of interested trade visitors could be recorded at times. The organizer of SIALs Comexposium group reported a total of over 7,000 exhibitors from 127 countries worldwide. The more than 300,000 trade visitors found a selection of over 400,000 products at SIAL. The exhibition halls with their high volume of visitors reflected the positive figures.
