An Easter without chocolate figures is simply unimaginable. So we simply cannot leave the Easter Basket empty! That’s why it's no wonder that numerous chocolate delicacies have been made for this year's Easter.
Chocolate lambs, carrots, cows and, of course, Easter eggs are among the most popular treats in the Easter basket. First place this year is, of course, still the classic Easter bunny made of milk chocolate. But other flavors, such as dark or white chocolate, are also popular for molding the cute Easter bunnies.
This year, a total of 230 million chocolate bunnies were produced in Germany. However, most of these sweet treats, 122 million, travel abroad. The most important export countries are in Europe. But consumers in the U.S., Canada, Australia and South Africa also enjoy chocolate bunnies from Germany.
